Wholesale Return/Exchange FAQ

Return/Exchange Order Policies.

Exchanges Or Returns MUST Be Made Within 30 Days Of Purchase And Upon Approval.  You Will Be Provided With A Return Authorization Number (RA #) Once Your Return Is Approved.

-All Approved Returns Are Charged A 20% Restocking Fee.

-All Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.

-All Exchanges Or Returns Must Be Issued A Return Authorization Number (RA #) From Daytona Helmets Prior To Returning Any Merchandise.

-All Merchandise Must Be Received By Us Within 30 Days From The Date An RA# Has Been Issued Or It Will Be Refused.

How To Return/Exchange?

Please Follow These Steps:

-Before Exchanging/Returning Any Merchandise, You Must First Obtain A RA #.

-You Can Obtain An RA # Online Using Our Return/Exchange Form. 

-Once You Have Been Issued An RA # (Via Email), You May Return Your Merchandise.

-Please Repack The Merchandise In Its Original Packaging (The Same Way You Received It) So It Doesn't Get Damaged On The Way Back To Us.  If We Receive The Merchandise Damaged, It Will Not Be Accepted And Will Be Returned Back To You. 

-Clearly Write The RA # On The Outside Of The Package.  (DO NOT Write On The Manufacturer's Box).  Packages Without An RA # Clearly Marked On The Outside Will Be REFUSED.

-Once We Receive And Confirm The Condition Of The Merchandise, We Will Then Process Your Request.

-Please Allow 24-48 Hours For Exchanges/Returns To Be Processed.

Am I Responsible For The Return Shipping Costs?

All Shipping Fees Are The Responsibility Of The Customer.

Damages?

-If You Receive A Damaged Item, You Will Have 5 Days To Contact Us.  Please Contact Us Immediately At 1.800.452.5745 And A Sales Associate Will Instruct You From There.

-After 5 Days, We Will Not Be Able To File A Claim With Our Shipping Company.

-There Will Be No Exchanges Or Returns On Damaged Merchandise After The 5 Days.

Custom Ordered Production

All Sales Final

Any product that is custom manufactured, custom decorated, custom branded, custom labeled, or produced specifically to a customer's requested specifications is considered a Custom Ordered Production Item.

Due to the unique nature of these products and the resources required for production, all Custom Ordered Production Item sales are final and non-refundable. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom logo applications
  • Custom graphics, decals, or vinyl wraps
  • Private label products
  • Custom packaging
  • Special-order colors, finishes, or configurations
  • Bulk production runs manufactured specifically for a customer
  • Products produced outside of Daytona Helmets' standard retail inventory

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, specifications, samples, proofs, mockups, and production details prior to manufacturing. Any approvals provided by the customer shall constitute acceptance of the final design and production specifications.

Any concerns regarding manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Daytona Helmets reserves the right to inspect and evaluate such claims before determining whether any corrective action is warranted.

Variations that do not affect the safety, function, or intended use of the product—including minor differences in color, print placement, packaging presentation, materials, or other cosmetic characteristics consistent with normal manufacturing tolerances—shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, cancellation, or rejection of a custom order.

By placing a custom production order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all custom-manufactured products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
