Retail Return/Exchange FAQ

✅ 30‑Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund. To initiate a return:

1. Submit a Return Authorization (RMA) request via our online Return/Exchange form. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused. Click Here: Return/Exchange Form

2. Once approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us.

3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and free of damage (to avoid damage, place item within the dust cover bag provided)—items received otherwise will be refused.

4. All shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, these charges are non-refundable.

5. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the money to process with your bank.

🔁 14‑Day Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color:

  1. 1. Request an RMA number within 14 days of purchase via our Return/Exchange form. Click Here: Return/Exchange Form

  2. 2. Once approved, you have 14 days to ship the original item back to us (customer pays for return shipping).

  3. 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange:

  1. 4. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and free of damage (to avoid damage, place item within the dust cover bag provided)—items received otherwise may be refused or incur restocking fees.

  • We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional outbound shipping cost.

📦 Shipping Details

  • 2. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of your package (not on the manufacturer’s box). Packages without an RMA will be refused.

  • 3. A valid RMA number must be marked on all return shipments.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipping.

⚠️ Additional Conditions

1. Defective / Damaged Items: Report within 5 days of receipt. After this window, returns/exchanges for damage or defect will not be accepted.

2. Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

3. Non‑Refundable Items: Gift cards, items marked final sale, and used helmets are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. 14-day exchanges allow prompt sizing correction while keeping outgoing shipping costs manageable for the customer.
