Customer service was A1. And am very grateful for the seamless experience with Daytona helmets.
The photchromatic shield is very hard to clean without having streaks
I was on a 3000 mile trip and lost the screw and side piece. Was not very happy having to finish the rest of my trip without the shield and chin guard. I am glad that they have replacements, but I feel this is a week point of the helmet.
i did not like the the allen head screw come out of face shield on 2nd long ride. you can see I had to purchase replacements for approx $15
I am certainly glad it was in stock. I am disappointed I had to order it but my face shield screw and the left side didn't last one ride. It flew out somewhere on the interstate. I now have it replaced and appears to be working fine.
