I purchased the Quick Connect from a dealership while away on vacation. I attempted to install it on my helmet and found that the tongue didn't fit properly into the U clip, making it basically useless and definitely unsafe.
I contacted Daytona Helmets and Brian was the absolute BEST! He sent me out a whole replacement that was waiting for me when I got home; no muss, no fuss, no returning the bad set. This was a most wonderful customer service experience!
