C6 PRO Carbon Modular vs Accident

I have lost two really good brothers the last two years. Neither were wearing a helmet. Cody Long let me wear his C6 one day it was raining. Nothing like the helmets from back in the day. Super light, dont fog up thanks to the pin lock. Line of vision is so big, its like you aren't wearing a helmet. Well vented which was great in the July heat. No wind buffering, pulling your head back and forth. No wind noise, in fact with my BT2 Bluetooth I can jam out to my fire play list or have a phone call on 30min ride to work and hear clear as day. So I purchased my own and wear it every time I get on a bike. Thursday morning I was in a motorcycle accident. If I wasn't wearing my C6 with custom paint job by Kevin Goodlett I dont believe I would have survived. Even with helmet I have bruises on side of my head and behind my ear. Thanks Daytona helmets for saving my life. Time to upgrade to C6 pro.
