The install is great. The sound is not great. I can barely hear anything with the bike just running, let alone with wind noise. Just need more volume.

Bluetooth Installation

The sound on the BT-CAM is excellent. I had a slight issue with downloading the app, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and gave me a solution to my issue. The Camera and Video quality on the BT-CAM is excellent as well! Highly recommend!

Blue tooth not chargered. The lining of the helmet around the edges not completely flush with the foam and foam is seen.

Just a awesome helmet, I ordered a helmet and the bt-2 and a visor and the nice people there even put the visor on for me as well. I did have a very little problem and 1 phone call fixed it all and made my day. Thank you again for the extra work you did and thank you for helping me with the bt-2.
